Protip: Don't put Nutella in the microwave. I learned that the hard way.

Actually I do that all the time when making Nutella + toast. Just remove all the gold colored aluminum foil and that way it will not make all those sparks/lightening.

One time I put an egg roll in a bowl and set it to like 6 minutes on high power, when I came back the bowl was in two pieces and my egg roll assploded.
