I can actually run it on all-maxed settings with decent FPS. However, under certain circumstances it takes about 100-500ms for my mouse movement to register.

You said on the TeamSpeak that you ran it at those settings with 15fps. I don't know, it must be how the game registers mouse input. I had the same problem as you when I played the free version. It wasn't lagging at all, but the mouse movement was not what I was used.

I constantly have trouble sleeping becuase I feel like my teammates are dying and I shouldn't be sleeping, but it's like when I come to the realization it's not real, I'm able to fall back asleep.
