Another Change in the Promotion System

Yea, I know, too many suggestion do not want.
But.

I want to suggest that at LEAST VIPs get to reply to admin applications.
Before you all rage and say what ever, please read this last bit.

There is simply no way to make a good decision for promotions without getting input from the people that actually play with them.
I'm not the only one that had missed opportunity to state my opinion about to-be admins. (yea, I know, I could have just said over Steam, but I'm convinced that no one would listen to what I would have to say that way because it would just be played off as me secretly not wanting people promoted at all or something along those lines (bottom like I don't think it would be effective)) And I think there is a lot more perspectives and opinions that should be heard of before making action to promote someone.

So, I think VIP should be allowed to comment on admin applications so that coolz and the admins can see what other people have experiences with people before considering further in promoting people.

Can this also be converted into the VIP application system? Regulars often see eachother and if someone applied for a VIP, they can give their opinions...
But maybe Regulars can only be 10-30%/entire application? Or at least SPECIFIC Regulars can comment?

Or something like Moo said in other posts:
5 Regulars = 1 VIP +1 or something?

Anyways,

No.

The point of doing this isn't so that VIPs can have a say in admins' promotions, if you didn't notice, there is no given amount of admin +1's to get approved for admin. The point is to allow VIPs to have an opinion on admins' application, to explain different situations with people and what they think of them.

The community deserves a say in who they believe should be admin. Whether a 10% say, or 30%, it will still have an impact on what if whether the admins will +1, or -1.

so

Ugh.

I don't mean VIPs should get a percentage of say or something in an application, they should and can't affect promotions that way because not even admins' votes do.

The only reason this is being brought up is so that VIPs can explain different occasions with applicants and say if they have had good or bad experiences, why, etc, so that coolz and the administration can know different point of views on the person and not only what they see.

I'd like the WHOLE community to be able to vote (even if their votes do not count). A admin is there to represent the entire community and help keep order in the servers, so I think every player should have the ability to have their say.

Thank you Marie for the sprite.

I disagree, admin apps would then simply get waaay overly spammed or what not.
Simply VIPs should post.
I would say Reg but reg consists of a lot of idiots.

No lol.
Pretty much any Reg that is active on the forums isn't bad.

:D Thanks mate, but also,I don't even recognize half of the regulars and they don't give a flying fuck about rule-breakers. Makes me sad.

Not saying all regulars are bad, a lot of them are great, it's just that there are some that are extremely unfit to be one
