Also, the only con about the shop would be that the disguise equipment in TTT would be useless, but then again, I rarely see the disguise being used.

Meanwhile this is already Necro'd let me say what i think.

Part of me says that, this is a great idea, but other part says it would ruin rNd's originality.

Though, it would make make the servers more popular and make people play more.
But like i said, it will ruin the originality.
Like the rNd the way it is now, but hats and points wouldn't hurt so much, if there would be nothing else more.
If this ever gets added, don't add trails. It lags and you can see where people go, which helps in TTT.
Don't make hats easy to obtain. It makes them more valueable and cool.
Also, can Tf2 hats be used? Since it's free now everybody should have it.

for me, this gives you a reason to want to keep killing zombies, killing poor innocents as traitor, etc.


also if you see someone with a uber hat that you get for 9001 points and every zombie you kill is 1 point... you know that guy have a huge pingaz.

anyways 2 things.

idea of having 1 point for every30 minutes: heck no, you should get points for how good you do, not for how much you play

changing poitns for karma or money in flood: other idea is that the shop shouldn't affect the gameplay, this would.

This idea is great, because it offers players their own identity. You would be able to remove the item in TTT or ZS, Etc. So it would be up to the player buying the item to use it wisely. I assume points will be very hard to get, thus increasing dedication to new players to play more.

 Now if this does go through, i bet there will be over 100 items available. Not only hats, but different skins, maybe logo's for your name, different speech, and many other things you can use to improvise. The only two items i can disagree on are Masks and Trails. Masks can mask you and your identity, causing a imbalance in that gamemode where ever you are. Trails can cause serious lag if used by many people at one time. Now to add on to this idea, to prevent people spectating everywhere, you cannot be in spectator mode to earn points.

 Another concern i have is turning points into karma. I think that this idea will not influence us and it will increase even more concerns. I also believe that the only way to earn these items, is by points. Now we have to name these points, or coins. I am suggesting three names for it. The names are "rNd Coins", "Franklin Coconuts", or "Yomo Tokens".
