I got a better idea make a Voter Rank because the Voters can be more as 10 they will be ONLY for this job that means they cant do anything bad with it and they  would approve(unapprove) faster

If you're suggesting 10 VIP +1's to make 1 admin +1's I say no.
I thought it was a good idea at first, but a lot of people don't take it seriously, and just +1 the person because they're there friend or something.
