actually sabb ive joined through console as 17th when its 16/16 and cant join thru normal way

The reason it goes to 17/16 is because a client has timed out or something, and glitches. 17 players aren't actually playing as far as I know.

That's what coolz said also, which obviously makes sense, but then there wouldn't be 17/16 terrorists on the scoreboard. (none connecting)
