Well I just don't really see why we need it or what's so great about it.

I have to agree with Jman here. It seems like an annoying thing that will just cause me to turn sounds off whenever im in your server :/

How about only regs and up can use this?
Regs can use it every 8-10 secs, Vips 3-5, Admins 1-3. What do ya think?

This, since some persons wouldn't really like the sounds, there should be a command/button to stop the chat.

Also, if only Regs+ can use it, won't there be an increased amount of spam on forums?

Well, we could let guests use it at a 15 sec cooldown I suppose.
