So Cloud really wanted a text to sound feature on the servers.

Example

user types: hi
player says: hl2 sound saying hi

So I made a system that does that on Vanilla Build.
I'm testing it there for now to see how it goes and will most likely end up putting it on the rest of the servers.

I jacked the sound list tomcat had given me a long time ago so you have over 500 sounds to play with your chat :) (thx tomcat)

I've been on another server, and there was little to no spam + since there are preset terms, there with be no UUUUuUuuuUuUUuUUUUU.

The way I see it, if plain can handle it, then the other servers can.

Yeah 3 seconds would be nice I guess or we can do 5 seconds and lower the time for ranked members like:
Guests - 5
Regulars - 4
VIPs - 3
Admins - 1-2

How about only regs and up can use this?
Regs can use it every 8-10 secs, Vips 3-5, Admins 1-3. What do ya think?

And there should be a clientside command to stop it.

This, since some persons wouldn't really like the sounds, there should be a command/button to stop the chat.

Also, if only Regs+ can use it, won't there be an increased amount of spam on forums?
