Why I want to be Regular and why I should be Regular:
I have been on rnd regularly for quite awhile and since I'm an avid builder, a regular status is essential for me to access to more tools. I was a regular before, got demoted and learned my lesson hence weeks later I'm here to re-apply for regular.

Contributions to RND: I can help newbs whenever needed.

Application is okay, not great, but okay.
Not sure why you were banned, so that I'm a little curious on.
Also never met you, atleast from what I remember.
So I'll go ahead and wait to see what other people say and I'll go along with the majority.
