The system is fine.
It was always supposed to be strict from the beginning and that shouldn't change.

The only person that I can truly think of who should definitely be VIP is Alphaggot. Although there are some other decent-good candidates, he's the only one that properly has to be VIP.

Like I've said, VIPs can't really do a server-wise subversive destructive feat like admins can. An admin can (as far as I know) permaban everybody on the server at once, ban other admins, essentially make Coolz have to restart the server.

I'm not asking for VIP, although I will apply in December.

So because they can't cause as much trouble as admin, it should be given out for test drives?

Well not necessarily picking somebody at random. Somebody we all know, a sizable portion of us likes, but wouldn't necessarily get accepted for VIP if they applied. Somebody that seems like an cool guy.

Yeah, this is actually pretty much true. If someone becomes a VIP and they do bad, they could take it away from them.

I don't want the current approval system changed though. I'm just putting it out there that it's true that they can just take potential candidates, give em VIP, put em on close watch, and see if they do well.

We still wouldn't give it out to any old person, we would just give it to some people who a few others think are potential candidates and keep them under SEVERE watch. Of course, if there is no others VIPs or admins on, someone can just record the VIP doing something bad.

What do you mean? Bad VIPs just need to be demoted and maybe banned for a little bit. Like I said, it's not like they could IMMEDIATELY ban somebody for longer than an hour. They have to have a whole vote.

Because, I want to hear other people's opinions on this. I like his idea and I want to see if any other people agree or disagree with it and I am supporting him. I guess I DO want something like this but the current system is quite fine...I'm not really saying I'm 100% for this, but I am partially supporting it.
