I talked to him and figured out what I did that was interpreted as manipulation, but it's too late to change things

to be honest, peetah meant well but the post just created more confusion than was needed

How do you unintentionally get a scriptenforcer bypass and evade a ban? Just read the first post :/

He didn't use the scriptencforcer to bypass a ban...
At least I never heard he had done that.


But anyways, I think we should listen to him guys.

Well my over all plan was to get him unbanned.
From what I saw this appeal would just have been be forgotten about.
My idea was to speed up the process and break the loop of ruben never showing up.
I was trying to get him unbanned on the spot to lol.
I guess we will have to w8 to see.

I received a free scriptenforcer bypass from a friend, and for whatever reason decided to use it. Minic had mercy on my soul, and gave me a 3 day ban.

On the day before the ban was over, I was on an alternate account, and joined the servers with the bypass active. In another bout of stupidity, I decided to bypass the ban. Someone complained, Ruben saw the matching IP's, and I received a permaban. The end.

You cant be serious guys i dont know whats going on did anyone even read this. (Mabye i was wrong about him bypassing with scriptenforcerer bypass) but either way its not like he accidentally logged on and was just magically past the ban.

I have decided to unban gamefreak from the servers.

I am not doing this because I feel he has earned that right.

I'm using this ban and appeal as a precedent for further situations.

Any action from gamefreak that even seemingly resembles shady, malicious, or misconduct will mark his last mistake he will officially make.

Said that, this does not mark him for specific or special criticism because of his situation however he will be watched closely because of his past trends.

I would like to remind everyone of the purpose I've had in mind from the beginning, that this is a place for people to have fun.

I have certain and very few rules I've implemented in order to maintain the best ability to uphold that ideal.

Having said that, I would like to welcome gamefreak back to the game servers and hope he has fun and stooph.

I'd also like to thank everyone for their patience and input on the matter so far.
