No, get 4 heavy bombers (like B17's)
HQ had 4000 resistance, Heavy bombers have about 1000 damage on buildings. Your argument is now invalid (unless you're talking about fighter bombers :( )

Shooting a nuke with a Jstrike missile does not blow it up. It just slowly leaks radiation :/
