What I meant was more VIP's that are expected to be reliable, not just random players who seem to be 'cool' on the servers.

Also

Instead of proposing more regulation on the approval of regular members, reports of abuse of regular would help this problem - it's how the system is designed.

If people are abusing and avoiding votekick/bans with their privileges, record and they will be met with a demote.

The problem with that is simply that when you report a Regular, he gets BANNED, not DEMOTED.
