You must have at least 1/3'rd of all admin votes
( Even though regs have this, almost all of them get approved with just general members of the community +1'ing. Most of them only have one, or even no admin approvals)


Respected has ability to vote kick. That's it.

Give VIP's ability to instant kid, and vote ban.

giving vips power to automatically kick and start ban votes.

and giving trusted regulars. the power to start votekicking.
