Ok so as I have been listening to deadmau5 recently he has got me into making music and I wanted to share with you my first attempt at making music lol. I think it turned out decent, I know it could use a lot more but it's good for the first song I have ever made. Please give feedbax!

BTW this is the same program deadmau5 uses, and its supposed to be electro house/techno. But i think it turned out more to be trance.

edit: actually i kinda see what you are saying, it might be that i overlapped 2 synthesizers to bring out the sound a bit. I thought it sounded pretty cool, but meh, pickers can't be choosers.

sorry for double post, just wanted to reply back to you so you could see this.

Electro house is very repetetive i noticed, and as i said this isn't the final version its just a skeletal frame for what i'm going to be doing with it later on. This is an example of a good electro house song.

Out of curiosity, what sound program do you use?

My process is to usually set up the patterns and sequences in modplug, and then use audacity to add effects and mix.
