Oh aren't you cute. Much overweight, very wow. I am 5' 6 1/2 and went from being 165 to being 143 in a couples of weeks. Healthy? Probably not, but it was worth. Now I just sit in the 140's range. I could snap you like a twig, why bother losing more? Do you want to be unhealthy or something? Whether it's for wrestling or not, that can't be good for you. You're still growing, don't stunt your growth by trying to lose stupid amounts of weight.
I don't believe that would stunt growth (if you're referring to height that is), but it's probably not incredibly healthy. I know a guy I think not much shorter than me who's 115, and I'm 155 and not really thin but not overweight. He's got kind of no muscle though. His biceps are probably the size of my forearm lol.
Since you're losing weight for sport (I assume), it might be too late now but in the future you might want to consider aiming to build body mass to get into the next weight class rather than the one you're aiming for. Which means eating tons of protein and working out. Imo if it's wrestling you're getting into then I don't see how this could hurt. I'm sure that may take a lot of work though since you probably have a fast acting metabolism, but I'm sure you know it'd make your general health quite good.
Since you're going with losing weight for now though, a good way to keep that off if you're not already doing so is drinking a lot of extra water. It helps a lot in several ways, mostly because if you're constantly filled with water you're going to feel like eating less. Don't bother starving yourself though, eat what you think you need and get the carbs and protein you need to maintain that weight.
