That's basically the reality of the situation. If there's no change to ab to help moderate it in some form, then it'll just remain down most likely.

It's freedom, you're just expected to not cause unnecessary problems. Don't see how that could be such a problem.

Actually with a couple of threads people describe as "full retard spam" bring up a valid point. Just you have to decipher it in the OP.
