It makes sense now! Orignally the Tobor prototype was a kindergarden worker that plays with babies and looks after them. But suddenly it became corrupted and reverted to its default setting of: Crush, kill and destroy. However its still thinking its still doing its job. and lieks it  ;)

The pyro is a girl. 0:54

GIRL. PYRO. Scout only called pyro a "he" in 0:27, but the Spy and Heavy did not, meaning the scout is not accurate and doesn't know the real identity either.
