Though he seems like a really bad kid, I kind of feel bad for him. He is mentally unstable and if he wasn't that way he probably wouldn't act that way. Beating him smacking him won't do anything, it's just who he is unfortunately. It's quite sad really, seeing a child at that stage of psychopath.

I feel the same way with children with schizophrenia.

Just last week, 2 kids, 1 7th and one from the high school, decided, "HEY! Lets put shit all over the boys' P.E. lockers...WITH OUR HANDS!"

We get shoes thrown inside the toilets, piss on the wall/floor,Smoke Weed Every Day Graffiti and even pens stuck on the high ceilings. I still don't know how they do it.
I feel terribly sorry for each and every school cleaner.

At my school if there was so much as a few paper towels that missed the trash, lunch would be cancelled for all the guys and we'd get lectured by the principal for the duration excluding the last 10 minutes.  It happened a lot...

Finally one kid pissed all over a toilet seat and shaved his pubes over the piss so that it stuck like glue.  It was one hairy seat.  The principal tried to make all the guys clean it up, and some freshman got intimidated into doing it lol.  (idk how the principal didn't get sued, but everyone just wanted to eat so they made that one guy do it lol.)

Couple months back, nearing the end of the school day. the glue holding the floor tiles on the second floor cracked. Witnesses say that it looked like "A giant creature crawling under the tiles."

Also once in 5th grade I think, we were playing four square with a tennis ball. When someone knocked it out, one of my friends went to retrieve it. Once he got the ball, he threw it back at us, but missed, instead throwing it straight into a lamp and shattering the glass.
