I just find the issue sensitive, I know a few people personally who have it. It might be overly self-diagnosed by lol edgy xDDDD kids from DA but it's still a real thing.

What it literally is is a dumbed down version of autism... you're saying autism isn't real either?
That's honestly pretty damn ignorant to believe. Sure it's over diagnosed as fuck, that's pretty undeniable. However, it is a legitimate disease.
