09/07/2012 - promoted Necrule / Awesome guy, previously VIP never any problems, old reg, etc. Was only demoted for inactivity and agrees to be more active / Sabb

7/06/2012 - promoted FooFooJack to VIP as he's been a good help for a quite a while, lots of reports, etc, and has a lot of support from the community as well. Figured it'd be a good idea to promote him as soon as possible considering conditions.
