Basically, just to keep track of who promotes and when/why ect.
Just edit this post and add what you need. Keep the list chronological
Example being
Snivy - promoted foogals and Merc because dey coolbros
If you're against a promotion/demotion, just post who/what/why.
Start adding promotions/demotions under this line.

06/09/12 - promoted FrostBound / Good player; told me his regular glitched and he was guest; saw no post in this thread about his demotion so just repromoted / Jman
09/07/2012 - promoted Necrule / Awesome guy, previously VIP never any problems, old reg, etc. Was only demoted for inactivity and agrees to be more active / Sabb

30/05/2012 - promoted Pryvisee back to VIP, as he was also only demoted for inactivity and says he will be more active during summer / Sabb
7/06/2012 - promoted FooFooJack to VIP as he's been a good help for a quite a while, lots of reports, etc, and has a lot of support from the community as well. Figured it'd be a good idea to promote him as soon as possible considering conditions.

He was Reg, then I demoted him, but now I repromoted him because I've been playing with him a lot the past week and think he's a pretty okay guy.

If you see him do anything exceptionally bad, just demote him. From what I've seen of him though, he's fine.

I edited it into being VIP promotions/demotions as well, rather than making a separate thread for it, as there will be very few anyways.

I don't really have any opinions on Shockah, don't see why I would be against it.
I don't know if it's him or another player who I saw acting like a bit of an idiot, but from what I've seen now it's probably not him. No opinions honestly.

I think he's a good candidate anyways. He's been a good friend of mine for a long time, and we could certainly use the help.

You just have to get to know him. He's really a very, very nice guy. Those problems you're talking about are well over a year old.

Any ways, I know a lot of the issues were old, but I've seen SOME things fairly recently... and aside from that have nothing to suggest he's improved. Simply from what I've seen of course.
