Why I should be VIP::
1. I am commited to play GMOD only on RND's servers as they are some of the best servers.
2. I always respond quickly and call for a VIP or admin on either global chat or Steam chat when a hacker, exploiter or Abuser does something that offends or breaks our rules
3. I am very clear of the rules and try to maintain Order and respect on our servers. (I advise players who foulmouth someone by cautioning them to respect each other people on how he or she would like to be respected.
4. I am very active During my school breaks and i've a serious event arises i can Join any the server i am needed during my school weekdays to help deal with problem
5. I am fairly Popular and well known amongst the community and i allways try to make friends with people on our servers.
6. I always help New people on our servers by advising them how to play and "did you know" commands.
Why I want to be VIP:
1. I Sometimes feel powerless when no European timezone VIPs or Admins and i feel taht i could become a VIP to watch over the european timezone and help other european VIPs.
2. I just feel it's time to make a VIP application as personally i pretty much devoit most of my time to the RND community and continue to improve it by creating maps for zs and eventually TTT
3. I cooperate well with other VIP's and admins and try to help as much as posible without offending them as i have the greatest repect for my superiors.

Situations:

Someone is Insulting or causing the unrest amongst players on any server
Caution them to treat others with respect as how they would be liked to be treated. If they continue to be troublesome i will consult with other VIPs and admins on what to do (such as a kick)
Someone is Exploiting on a map that gains an unfair advantage for the exploiter
Warn them that it is against the rules to exploit to gain an unfair advantage and Kick if they presist on doing it.
Team killing in zs
If it was by accident then i will caution. If on purpose and targeting 1 person then Kick. If multiple Teamkilling is happening then Ban.
Teleblocking in zs
Warn them to remove the teleblock. If ignored they will be banned.
Killing fellow Traitor buddy on TTT
If by accident then caution. If on purpose then kick or ban
Mass RDM
Kick. If the person comes back and continues to RDM as an innocent then ban
Prop pushing
On intention to kill someone then Kick. If intented to just annoy people i will warn them to stop but if they continue the kick.
Someone is using a name changer
Ban
Someone is multiply accused of hacking
I will investigate and find out. If it is true that there is evidence that they are aimbotting or speedhacking then Ban. Wallhacking however must be dealt with demos.
Someone is disrespecting the server
Warn them not do to do so anymore and if persists will be kicked.
Someone is mic-spamming, general population wants him/her gone
I would tell people to Mute the player by going to the pause menu -> Player list -> Mute players name. And that Micspamming can not be punished by Kick or ban.
Someone is Spraying Pornographic, extreme gore or offensive imagery
Warn them to remove the spray. If ignored then kick.

To be honest i first joined the RND zs server around 2 or 3 years ago. I never was interested in the Regs or VIPs and was most of time just enjoying myself.
I have once been automatically banned on TTT by the console by changing my name during the round which i wasn't aware of when i first played TTT.

  Great guy, gets along well with others on zs, doesn't start fights or anything like that, never seen him breaking any rules (in fact he usually stops people from breaking rules). Definitely a good VIP candidate.

Nothing personal, I just don't feel comfortable with TehHank being VIP.
