What calms you?

For me, it's rearranging my room. I'm not sure why, but I always like that feeling of something new. I also almost always love the way it's set-up afterwards.
Moving things around I helps calms me too since it's somewhat of a work out (and working out helps relieve stress).

So, what about you?

Shooting.

Something about being able to hit my target with other people shooting around me makes me feel good.

ESPECIALLY if it's LOZ OOT music like Song of Storms.
Which is why 90% of the day I'm listening to music, if I were t I'd probably be grumpy, hehe

ya know for me it doesn't really matter just as long as its a game and it gets my mind  of things.

Trance. Trance everywhere, with vocals preferably. Fast paced pacedgames also help, the faster the pace, the better, to take my mind off anything else. I end up playing autonomously in APB all the time listening to trance, and its oddly relaxing.

Talking to friends usually calms me down. I like it when I have someone to talk to, especially times when I'm alone. I usually go on steam chat and talk to somebody.
