Read OP. Wasn't meant to be a report... he's just saving it here to report later. Which really is kind of stupid... you could have just saved it in a text document, PM yourself, etc.

Yeah. I took it as he thinks that regulars have no guidelines and that saying vulgar things is ok. It may not be that case though.

I don't get it either I'm going to be entirely honest when I say this (I do expect to get flamed for saying it) but Reg is given out to almost anyone, now is that a bad thing, yes and no just depends on personal preference. I think Buzzkill could have not necessarily said it in public chat because it's something many people already know to be true, and he definately didn't have to say it the way he did. Saying there were no "Reg-ulations" made him seem like a bit of a dick, but he's pretty much entirely right theres like two requirements for being reg, be a productive member of the community (respectful, helpful, not a dick) and be REGularly active (at the time of application) that's about it. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong just try not to be dicks about it)

I belive is the cocky actitude of buzzkill while saying all this that makes it wrong.  You know, stating something isn't bad, but arguing and disrespecting other players while saying bad things about the rank that he himself have... is just stupid.

Well this is a head scratcher since when I've seen him he's typically semi-respectful but then he occasionally shows a "don't care about anything attitude."
