You really run 350w on that gfx card? Go onto newegg's power supply calculator. Im 90% sure that that 300w requirement is in addition to whatever you need for your hdd and cpu, which is a lot more than 50 probably.

I plugged in some info for mid range parts with your gfx and got 338w. That is cutting it really fucking close. That shits on you man. As for me, I run 100 - 200w psu higher than I need for security sake.

Well I can't really afford any more. If that's the case I'm going to need to start saving up for make a new computer altogether.

And I tested the core clock changes. My graphics card became more quiet and my game started lagging and I got fps drops. I immediately checked the power and it went considerably lower. Normally, the fan is on kinda loud, but when I get the black screen it sounds like it shuts off, but it just goes slower, almost as though the power is not getting to it.

lol, oh wow. I have a 500w power supply and it says I need at least 503w

A. Just proceed and played.
B. Install drivers from the CD included.
C. Downloaded drivers from the internet and installed.
