can i have respected back please

i lost my respected because a admin in wirebuild said not to use bombs or anything like that because he was concentrating on making a c4 but he gave up and deleted it so i asked if i could bomb he didn't answer so i thought he meant yes and because he gave up on the c4 which was the only reason he said not to use bombs
So Can I Please Have My Respected Back
