If kid screems, rages etc. than just mute him. Fast and easy way to deal whit them.

If that dosen't works than umm... voteban them.(votekick can crash the server.)

We don't need admins, respected can handle it. If he screems-he annoys other players. When you start voteban everyone except that kid votes yes and problem solved.

I think the only solution is an automatic mute for an annoyance, no vote; however, this would require more admins or more privileges for respected (or do they already have muting power?)

Votebans is effective. If the kid annoys, almost everyone vote yes. For example: From 12 players votes is: 2-4 votes are no and other votes are yes.

Either way, I think the BEST solution for this problem is for people to stop bitching about it and just mute kids on their own. EVERYONE knows that there is a "Mute players" option in your menu when you press escape. It's TWO clicks of your mouse. It takes more work to type out "STFU LITTLE KID" or "GTFO TURN UR MIC OFF DUMBASS" than to mute the player.

No, first you have to click escape then you click player list. After that's done you have to click a THIRD time on the persons name. Also a FORTH time to mute him (I say him because I have never heard an annoying girl using a microphone before.) After that if your still alive. You have to close the player list window. Don't forget to hit escape again to close the menu.

Wait what just happened? Another little kid just started microphone spamming and being annoying. Time to click SIX more times.

I myself hate the kids that scream like crazy but this is kinda flawed. Some of the RND members (not me I'm 19) are less than the age limit that you are trying to set into motion. But anyways 13+ should be the limit.
