Alrighty dont wanna sound like a troll but seriously this has been annoying me for long enough and the whole just mute em thing is not going to work because its not their voices that are annoying but thier maturity thats annoying. But seriously ok in all honesty i kinda dont mind a little squeaky voice over the interbutts but seriously i HATE a little squeaky voice over the interbutts thats IMMATURE! like really, now i know i might sound like an ass but common leave that for the chat window! And i dont wanna be a hypocrite either I KNOW THAT I WAS ONCE A LITTLE KID! but i wasn't cracking out stupid JOKES THAT WEREN'T EVEN FUNNY OR RIDICULOUSLY STUPID UNNECESSARY SCREAMING over the goddamn mic. Now if you wanna do that call each other over steam or steam chat each other alright
just saying if your voice isnt that deep you can still use your mic but common there has got to be a bit of maturity.....

I don't seriously mind little kids using their mic. As long as they stay mature and don't insult my mother all the time, thinking their insults are so superawesome.
But well, that's where micspam is good. It shuts little, immature kids up for sure since they can't mute.

Admins aren't on every minute of the day, and there's no such thing as a mingeless server. Votebans are mostly ineffective because some vote NOT to ban "for the lulz," and some don't give a shit. I think the only solution is an automatic mute for an annoyance, no vote; however, this would require more admins or more privileges for respected (or do they already have muting power?)

Votebans is effective. If the kid annoys, almost everyone vote yes. For example: From 12 players votes is: 2-4 votes are no and other votes are yes.

EVERYONE knows that there is a "Mute players" option in your menu when you press escape. It's TWO clicks of your mouse. It takes more work to type out "STFU LITTLE KID" or "GTFO TURN UR MIC OFF DUMBASS" than to mute the player.

I myself hate the kids that scream like crazy but this is kinda flawed. Some of the RND members (not me I'm 19) are less than the age limit that you are trying to set into motion. But anyways 13+ should be the limit.

Yikes, sorry I don't memorize mouse clicks. But it REALLY doesn't take longer than 5 seconds to mute someone.
