If you Convert the image to .vtf its (almost) always supported.
With VTFEdit you can do this, its free and no virusses.

After editting, set it here C:/program files/steam/steamapps/(YOURUSERNAME)/garrysmod/garrysmod/materials/VGUI/logos/UI
Or you send me it and i'll do it for you  :D

thanks I knew how to convert it to .vtf but No idea how to edit it as one. Thanks for that.
I did all of it now hopefully it works in game.

One person was able to see it.
The rest, well they remained the same.

Would it make a difference if its .vmf or does it really have to be .vtf ?
Or should I wait....
Maybe I should restart steam..

.vmf is valve material file and is not a picture but a text block :P
mine always works with .vtf
I dont know why others cant see it :P

2 people said they can but most of them just fkn ignored me and will not help out -.-
So I still don't know if it's working or not but it should be.

- What type of image is it? (.gif/png/tga)
- What is the bit-depth? (32bit/24/16/8)
- Does it have transparency?
- What is the size?

What tools did you convert it with? vtfedit, etc
What options did you use?

What is it's location? materials/VGUI/logos/.vtf/vmt
