[REQUEST]E2 Controlled Ragdoll?

Over the days on good ol' wiremod, i've seen someone with a ragdoll controller, (not mechbot) You attach this e2 file onto a plain ragdoll, it suddenly becomes a zombie and attacks the nearest target, you can do to it, !stop and !sit
Anybody has this e2 or can make it?

I would extremley appreciate it
