Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit fail....
« on: June 10, 2010, 10:25:37 AM »
Well, I bought a Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, I opened the PC, put the disc in the drive and.....

Windows cannot start. A recent hardware change may have caused this........ (don't remember what was here lawl)

File: \boot\bcd
Status: 0xc000000e
info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data

T.T  tried Googling it but didn't find a thing, I also E-mailed the place I bought from, still no answer =\
So I hope someone here can help me somehow D=

I know >.<
I think I can fix the problem, but I don't want to fux it all up, so I think I'll just call the company and replace the disk or something, but if anyone has ideas, or you just know what to do, POST IT PLAWX.

Can't you tell us more of what you did?

Just re-install

I had errors like this before, Re-installing fixes it

Make sure the disk is clean of dust etc
