He's pretty badass actually. He never kills anybody and basicly wins every gun fight he gets into. Pretty epic. He can destroy whole cities if he wanted, which he did to a city of over 1,000,000 people without killing a single person. You can't say he's not cool.

I did see some parts that needed improvement. Like the radio is useful for baiting innocents away from a crowd because it creates fake flare noises, gun shots, and C4 bleeps.
Also, when you mentioned somethings, I don't think you were descriptive enough. Like the flare gun not only hides bodies, but I believe it does damage to other players, but also has the loud noises that come from it.
