We need flashlights because some maps have very dark places and sometimes it's very hard to find exit. This option does not changing gameplay very  much.

Traitors will suck too if they will have bad carma they can only with knife. That must be funny

I can understand it but if you rdming not often you carma will be fixed with killing traitor or two. But if you always rdming many peoples than carma given by killing traitor not enough to restore all your lost carma.

Maybe make it? Save carma in some sort of database every round, on every new map or connect load it from database and set user's carma. It will force don't kill humans just for nothing too often.

Your idea can be modified like this: server have map rotation with random selection of map from some list and vote to reselect new map before it will be  changed. If vote successfull - next map will be chosen again randomly. So new nextmap will be show in nextmap window
P.S It's better than instant changelevel by vote because on deathtime 20 zombies vs 3 humans camping in vent will 100% win vote and change level

Want teamplay? Connect to 2 server and you will got it
Want fun? Then connect to general server.

Maybe make second server of Zombie Survival allowed only for admins, respected and trusted users(and password protected), so first server  will be able for all, but second server only for checked users. I don't think that Zombie Survival have big requirements.

Votesystem is good but more that 3\4 of players are kids and when one of them spamming in mic all votes for deathmap so played maplist looks like
