Server Requests/Suggestions / Member rank for users

So what do you think about new member status for users(between guests and respected(moderator))? Regular members will have some priority before just guests. This status will be made for all random server.
I have next ideas about priorities for members:
1. They will be allowed to use mic(guests are not allowed to use it)
2. They have priority in connection before guests
3. Members can use global chat(to prevent random  guests from spamming global chat with random shit)
4. Also members will have members status in chat)
And maybe some another server specific privilegies(like some tools on wirebuild etc)
P.S I saw system like that on other servers and it works.
P.P.S Also only members can become respected

We need flashlights because some maps have very dark places and sometimes it's very hard to find exit. This option does not changing gameplay very  much.

Maybe make it? Save carma in some sort of database every round, on every new map or connect load it from database and set user's carma. It will force don't kill humans just for nothing too often.

Maybe make second server of Zombie Survival allowed only for admins, respected and trusted users(and password protected), so first server  will be able for all, but second server only for checked users. I don't think that Zombie Survival have big requirements.

Why admins can't just remove deathtime\deathlab from votelist? I can understand that admin created that maps but they are totally disbalanced, so zombies can win only in 1 round from 10 only because some ffs maked some big mistake. Votesystem is good if 3\4 of players not kids 10-15 years old. This is stupid because all kids voting only for deathlab\deathtime. I think changing votesystem is not good.

Admins needed there, because this map can't change all day(just counting down to 0 then write Loading next level).
