Well, since we are back on-topic, I think you should just stop kicking people whenever you like, thats disrespectful, and you are respected so you shouldn't do this to yourself . Let's just say next time if you see a Player is annoying other Players like with: Spam, Prop Pushing(Flood) and other stuff like that then you first have to warn him once or twice and if he refuses then you can initiate a votekick against him.

well acually i think nobody knows what happened to him (died, whining like a bitch, bitchslapped, etc.) but i the time was funny when he was spamming one report after an other xD
