I don't really understand the question. What do you need help with? Making the map, finding the program to make the map, or getting your map on the server? Be more specific and maybe someone can help.

if i understand correctly cesar is eager to learn how to make maps and would want to attempt to make some for each of the servers

At the moment my internet has not been working for about a week now. its either my router modem or internet lines that are fudged up. sum1 is going to come over my house and check everything cuz it just aint fixing. im finding the time i have to use internet.. like now
