When you look at general chat, a wide majority of your page is just stickies. What I'f coolz cleaned up some of the irrelevant unimportant ones. Eg. I have one called gl code names that does not have to be stickied

This post here will contain most of the cool things i have made in single player and in the RND wirebuild. i do not know wire or e2, but as you see, i compensate by making very good builds.

all of these screen-shots were taken from my adv dupe file from wirebuild. all of the pictures you will see are 100% created by me and are not someoneelses.

if you feel like you really want to have something in a picture, just comment and i will try to remember to let you dupe it next time i see you. read some of the chat in screenshots, they either explain the picture a bit or just something funny written.

I am not sure if there is a limit on how many admins can be made per year .  im sure some/most of you guys  hoping to get admin think that if someone else gets admin while you are trying to, your odds of getting it have greatly decreased. this is because you say to yourself " aw crap ____ just got admin, i guess my opportunity for now  is over". 

to combat this, people vote -1 on apps, so they have a better chance of getting admin. -----> with this perspective you think that there is a limit or threshold of admins.

i personally do not do this. if i like someone alot like frank, striker, krasher, commandereddy, etc. (srry if i left out your name) i will vote +1.

on teh other hand you may have some people that vote no just because they think it reduces competition or because humans like to see others suffer (hahaha)


what do you have to say about this guys?

also, i dont think newbies should have the right to vote because their vote is as valuable as a widely known player, and you may asume that even well known peopel have given them -1.

i think each admin app should be given some slack due to people who vote -1 all teh time for reasons i have listed above.

i notice on average the -1 to +1 ratio is about 15-%20% for -1 and 80% combined for 0 and +1 (on well known respected members)

when someone is given respected, there should be one player in our community that personal messages teh person that just got respected.

this pm should congratulate to them that they have successfully became respected. it should include what your duty is as respected. also teh dos and donts of respected: eg. be lenient with people, dont kick for mic spam, etc. 

it should tell them extra information like wear a .:RND`=- tag (optional) to show your status with the servers.

basically it should inform the new member what they have to do and that they should proceed with the right actions .

it doesnt happen very often but it can be annoying as hell when some asshole decides to put a blinding thing on you or teh whole server.

i currently have very limited way in finding out whose doing it when it happens, but is there a better way on finding out?
