2. 10 is the lowest you can get by RDMing.
3. You get 0 by leaving the server while you have 10 and rejoining before the map changes.

Well the addon installer needs admin access on vista...
Since I got it when I was only 13, my parents didn't give me admin access when we first got it, and I'm to lazy to ask them for it  :-[
