Maybe redo this a bit and make sure none of the files are the same names or require the same resources as that will likely screw something up.

I removed what I saw to be unnecessary. Admin's have the core functionality to maintain the server's stability.

In my opinion, the plugins removed have nothing to do with an admin's responsibilities.
