Okay So Ive Had Problems Kicking/Banning PPL When They Are Breaking Rules So I Have Decided To Make A VIR Rank. When Kicking/Banning PPL As A VIR The Votes Are Not Decided By The Public (normal players) But Other Respected Player So Only Other Respected Can Vote Making It Easier To Kick/Ban Players Without Increasing Abusers And If There Is Only One Respected Then It Will Be Turned Into A Public Vote,

Respected Players Shouldnt Blend in With Normal Players Like Admins So Here Are The Skins For Each Rank On Flood:

Player - Rebel

Respected - Combine Prison Guard

Temp Admins/Admins - Combine Elite

Super Admins - Chuck Norris
