Okay So Ive Had Problems Kicking/Banning PPL When They Are Breaking Rules So I Have Decided To Make A VIR Rank. When Kicking/Banning PPL As A VIR The Votes Are Not Decided By The Public (normal players) But Other Respected Player So Only Other Respected Can Vote Making It Easier To Kick/Ban Players Without Increasing Abusers And If There Is Only One Respected Then It Will Be Turned Into A Public Vote,

Usually everyone votes yes for the hell of it. So if they vote no then they must defiantly not think that person deserves it.

I'd say this isn't such a bad idea, but there are many respected minges. If the way respected are decided then yes I'd agree to this.

I agree, once when I was on build with Anony Mouse and there was a bunch of minging Russians, and we couldn't votekick/ban them cause they were more then us and voted no for each vote we made.
Also I think there should be another rank - V.I.P   people with that rank will have more power in voting, like if they vote no it will be like 2 votes of no, cause people ignore votes sometimes and when I vote some mingebag its only me and him so I can't kick him....

But You Have To Apply For VIR So If They Were Minge Respected They Would Be Rejected

ya when i think of it doing vip or vir is a bad idea because
1 a gay guy/or abuser could get it frank
2 a minge could get it
3 alot of people would abuse. we already have a problem with respected abuse but now u want to give mingies/abusers/gays even more power bad idea
