FUCKING LEAVE YOUR SHIT UNTIL BUKKIT 1.1 IS UPDATED (FULLY)
What I'll do is just make a clone of the current folder, and update it with the latest dev bukkit build.

But nosrsly, the update doesn't add any new features that would fuck with our current plugin setup. We should be fine using the latest dev build, but in case shit DOES explode, we have a full copy.

Arrows which are on fire now set entities they hit on fire.
