VIPs demoted for inactivity

Title pretty much says it.

What are we supposed to do with VIPs that got demoted for inactivity?

Most of them just re-apply normally nowadays, but I'm pretty sure it used to be handled differently.

Well, essentially they get leniency and can ask to be repromoted when they come back.

It's still good for them to repost application so that repromotions can be tracked easier, etc. but they don't need to wait for approval again... unless this becomes a problem?

But if it does probably would best be handled case by case.

Do we account for them being busy in real life?
Mabe not fair if school or work is an issue.

Possibly edit the previously accepted VIP app with "REPROMOTED" added to the title?

AFTER REQUESTING REPROMOTION
Title: Username1's VIP App <date> RE-PROMOTED <date>

Contents: "Hi my name is username1
Promoted by <admin1> <date1>
Re-Promoted by <admin2> <date2>"

Something along those lines, maybe?
