New weapon "Adrenaline"

you get this after 45 kill (replaces: regeneration of some life) ((IT OR REGENERATION))

Model?: a hand holding a healthvial

What does it do?: give you lasthuman speed for 1 minute and Doubles your health

Details: You get only one without regeneration of ammo, if you had one if you drop it, others can get.
When you use the adrenaline you lose it (do not get ammo 0, it disappears)

it already exists on another server zs but it is not equal to this,
  but is useful when you have low health and you need to run. ^-^

Its an idea but it wouldn't be completely fair for example when you are last human and this pops up it'll overpower you A full heal or maybe  adding to your maximum health sounds better. Then again what if it doubles your speed?

adrenaline doesn't do that in real life. in otehr games such as l4d2 it causes a speed boost and a small health boost.
i find the double health OP
