Its an idea but it wouldn't be completely fair for example when you are last human and this pops up it'll overpower you A full heal or maybe  adding to your maximum health sounds better. Then again what if it doubles your speed?

adrenaline doesn't do that in real life. in otehr games such as l4d2 it causes a speed boost and a small health boost.
