It's not the same schooling system or w.e.

Alrighty then, it's simple.

Look at all of grades,

A = 4
B = 3
C = 2

Add up all of your points for each class, and then divide by the number of classes you have.

For example, take myself:

3 A's = 12

2 B's = 6

1 C = 2

= 20/6 = 3.3

Don't forget if your in honors classes then you add a .02 to the GPA, if your in AP then add a .04. At least for my school that is.
First hour: Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps/B
Second hour: Honors Reading 1/A
Third Hour: Advanced Placement Communication/A
Fourth hour:3D/2D Art/C(I fucking hate this class)
Fifth hour: Honors Earth and Space Science/B
Sixth Hour: Computer Programing 2/A
Seventh hour: AP Geometry 2/B(fucking shapes)
Total:3.302

Let's see...3 A's, 1 B+, 1 C+ and 1 C- D:<

Geo - C-; our geo teacher made our whole class fail + an ALG 2 class + 2-3 other normal geo classes...
Chemistry - C+; I failed one test (Got a C on it) and it should go up to at least a B if I aced the test last Friday...

My GPA is around 3.3 I think?

4.48 cumulative weighted GPA

So far:
4 standard classes with 96 or higher averages
3 honors classes with 96 or higher averages
1 honors class with 95 average

GPA formula:
96 and up = 4
95-94= 3.875

Weighted formula:
Honors class = Standard GPA + 1
AP class= Standard GPA + 2
