Alrighty then, it's simple.
Look at all of grades,
A = 4
B = 3
C = 2
Add up all of your points for each class, and then divide by the number of classes you have.
For example, take myself:
3 A's = 12
2 B's = 6
1 C = 2
= 20/6 = 3.3

Don't forget if your in honors classes then you add a .02 to the GPA, if your in AP then add a .04. At least for my school that is.

Alrighty then, it's simple.
We use numbers and letters not just letters :P
R, S, -1, 1, +1, -2, 2, +2 all the way to 4+ which is the highest :P
-
Let's see...3 A's, 1 B+, 1 C+ and 1 C- D:<
Geo - C-; our geo teacher made our whole class fail + an ALG 2 class + 2-3 other normal geo classes...
Chemistry - C+; I failed one test (Got a C on it) and it should go up to at least a B if I aced the test last Friday...
My GPA is around 3.3 I think?

4.48 cumulative weighted GPA
So far:
4 standard classes with 96 or higher averages
3 honors classes with 96 or higher averages
1 honors class with 95 average
GPA formula:
96 and up = 4
95-94= 3.875
Weighted formula:
Honors class = Standard GPA + 1
AP class= Standard GPA + 2

Lol report cards? No online portal for joo.
Anyways 3.6, I'm usually a 3.7-3.8. GPA is looked at a lot by colleges, but not EVERYTHING.
-
In high-school I graduated with a 3.74
In College I currently have a 2.14
-
So is it good to have a high or low GPA?
Our system just has regular numbers, 1 being the worst, 6 being the best.

I'm in 9th grade, but all the grades in my school have 5 classes per trimester.
Each class is 1 hour and 20-some minutes.
@sabb
You get full credit in the class as long as you try.
-
I think you dun did it wrong.
Your GPA can be above 4.0, depending on how many extra/advanced classes you're taking.
I finished last year with a 3.8, also.
You have all of that in one semester?
Most schools (at least in CA) you can have up to 8 courses a year.
