Ive been reg, for a day, year ago. I sorta know stuff with wire but not all. (Yep I came back, problem?

I've been reg before, but did not abuse it, but thats not why i want to be reg, is it? Bragging is bad.
The real reason i want to be reg is because of permissions to certain tools that guests cannot use, (i.e. Igniter, Turret)
