Yeah its open to anyone who has the password. That doesn't mean you should give it out to every single person on the server. Instead of making it reserved to rank (not to mention a whole lot easier) the password method allows anyone to play, including friends on steam, non-regular friends, etc.

 I'm gonna try to take it easy today, as well.
